1. Are pets ok?

Unfortunately, no. Please refrain from bringing your pets to the guest house.

2. Is there a space to smoke inside the guest house?

No. All facilities are no-smoking at Naeba La Neige.

3. Is the Naeba Ski Area within walking distance?

Yes, the Naeba Ski Area is a short 3 minutes walk from the Naeba La Neige guest house.

4. Do you offer ski and snowboard rentals for adults and children?

Yes, we offer rentals of ski and snowboard equipment for both adults and children. As quantities are limited, please enquire beforehand.

5. When can I make bookings for Fuji Rock? Do you accept single overnight stays?

Stays are limited to 4-nights only for Fuji Rock. Reservations are phone-only, starting from May.

6. Can we choose between Japanese-style and Western-style for dinner?

We offer Japanese-Western fusion home-cooked meals.

7. Do you offer transporation from the Echigo Yuzawa train station?

No. From the Echigo-Yuzawa Shikansen station, please select the Naeba-route bus.
We provide reserved shuttle service to the Naeba-area bus stop. Please enquire beforehand.

8. Are there nearby restaurants and bars?

Yes. Please refer to the Naeba Tourism Guide for a list of nearby establishments

9. Is there a nearby onsen you can recommend?

We recommend the nearby onsen Yukisasa-no-yu

10. Do you offer long-term stays during the winter, and long-term stay discounts?

11. I would like to work at your guest house during the winter. Do you have any openings?

We have openings every year for 1-2 part-time workers during the winter. Please enquire at 025-789-2295.

12. We plan to go by private car. Is parking free, or paid?

The parking lot is free and has capacity up to 10 cars. Please reserve a spot beforehand.

13. Is there a curfew?

Yes, the curfew is at 23:00. However, this does not apply during the Fuji Rock Festival.

14. Is it possible to send skis and other luggage by delivery service to your guest house?

Yes, it is possible. We recommend the major Japanese carriers (Sagawa, Kuroneko, Yu-Pack, etc).

15. Do you provide safe deposit boxes for guests?

We do not provide individual safety boxes. Please enquiry at the front desk regarding storage of any valuables.

16. Do you accomodate requests regarding food allergies and vegetarian meals?

Yes, we accomodate special requests regarding allergies and vegetarian meals. Please enquiry beforehand.

17. If there is a problem with other guests, what should I do?

Please contact the front desk.

18. Our luggage will be sent before we check in, is it possible store it for us?

Yes, we provide luggage storage before your arrival.

19. On check-out day, can we store our luggage with you while we ski at the resort?

Yes, we provide luggage storage on check-out day while you are the ski resort.

20. Can we use your main bathing facilities 24 hours a day?

Please use the main bathing facilities between 16:00 to 23:00.

21. Do you provide bath towels, face towels, tooth brushes?

Face towels and toothbrush sets are available in every room. Please enquire at the front desk if you wish to use other toiletry supplies, such as razors, etc. Bath towels are provided for a fee.

22. Do you have a facility to store equipment such as skis, snowboards and boots?

There is a ski/snowboard storage room available.

23. Do you have a waxing room available for use with skis and snowboards? Is wax provided?

A ski/snowboard waxing room is available. Please provide your own wax, and enquire at the front desk for use.
