Naeba La Neige complies with the following guidelines as countermeasures against COVID-19

• During check-in, guests will be asked to have their temperature checked.
• Guests are asked to monitor their physical condition. In the case of symptonms of fever or cold, guests are requested to follow the appropriate instructions from a health facility or hospital. In that ase, guests may be requested to self-quarantine in their rooms.
• Employees and customers are requested to wear masks in shared spaces other than their room.
• To help practice social distancing, we will impose limitations on shared facilities such as the bathhouse and dining areas.
• We will provide partitions in the dining area as safety guards against COVID19, and increase the distance between tables.
• We carry out thorough disinfection and ventilation of guest rooms and common spaces.
• Rooms will be held vacant for a day after checkout for adequate ventilation and cleaning.

Customer cooperation

The "Go To Travel" campaign promotes safe travel during COVID-19. Please be sure to observe the following safe travel guidelines. A failure in compliance will result in refusal of "Go To Travel" campaign services.

1. We request a check of the temperature of guests every morning. In the case of a fever or cold, guests are requested to consult with the nearest hospital. If available, we also request the use of a coronavirus contact-tracing app on your phone.
2. Please follow the "new travel etiquette" while traveling. Please make an effort to avoid situations where the Three Cs are found: crowded places, close-contact settings, and confined and enclosed spaces with poor ventilation.
3. Conditions for participation in the "Go To Travel" campaign are body temperature verification at check-in, identity verification of travelrs, and avoiding Three Cs at onsens and restaurants and meals. Identity verification will be carried out for all participants, including accompanying persons. Please bring a driver's license and/or other official documents. For more details, see refer to the PDF link below. In the event of absence of such documents at check-in, please follow the directions of Naeba La Neige, where we may ask you to send such material at a later date. If wrongful declaration of residence is discovered, you may be accused of fraud.
4. If a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher is detected during temperature measurement, you are requested to wait in the guest room as specified by Naeba La Neige. You will be asked to consult with appropriate health center and to strictly follow their instructions.
5. In general, the below are deemed higher-risk travel categories. If you find yourself in one of the below, please ensure strong COVID-19 prevention measures are taken.
   
   • Group trips of young people
   • Group trips of the elderly who may be prone to severe illness
   • Trips with large banquets
